The TR800 folding treadmill is intuitive and simple to operate. It's space-friendly and fits nicely into a home. The console features soft touch buttons so you can quickly select an exercise program or just press Start to begin exercising. Exercise programs are designed to help you achieve your goals for Weight Management, Healthy Living, Sports Training or Heart Rate Control. Convenient controls on the large handlebars let you adjust your speed and incline, and monitor your heart rate. Folding and unfolding the TR800 is easy due to the hydraulic system that safely and gently lowers the treadmill to the ground.

Walk, jog or run uphill as you use the numerous programs that include incline. You can also quickly adjust your incline level using the console buttons to go directly to the desired incline level, or using the incline button on the handlebars.
Large, Comfortable Handlebars with Controls
Oversized, easy to grip handlebars are biomechanically designed for your comfort, and include conveniently positioned sensors to monitor your heart rate and buttons to adjust your speed and incline.

Program Variety
Workout programs on the TR800 treadmill are designed by Exercise Physiologists to keep you motivated and provide safe and effective exercise for your body so you can achieve your fitness goals. Each program includes 20 workout segments and can be used at three different intensity levels. You can also increase or decrease the speed or incline during a program and the entire program will adjust accordingly.
Preset Programs — Seventeen preset programs are easy to access and use. These programs are grouped by Sports Training, Healthy Living and Weight Management to help you achieve your goals. Each program includes 20 different segments, each with its own speed and incline level set according to the purpose of the program.
User Setup — Two User Setup programs let you create your own customized programs to meet your workout requirements. In these programs you set the speed and incline levels for each of the 20 program segments.
Heart Rate Control — Two My Zone heart rate control programs let you use your heart rate effectively as you exercise to safely achieve your cardiovascular fitness goals. The My Zone Constant program keeps your heart rate at a constant level, while the My Zone Interval program lets you enter your own minimum and maximum heart rate. As you exercise, the pedaling resistance automatically adjusts to keep your heart rate at the desired constant level, or alternate between the low and high levels you set.
