(3)The link must be indexable by search engines. (No javascript
links or cgi? jump links etc.)
(4) We are selective in the sites
we link to and prefer to exchange links with sites that are
fitness related. Sites that are unrelated in content or unsuitable
to a general audience will NOT be included. Inclusion of any
site is not guaranteed and the decision on the exchange is
at the discretion of the webmaster.
