Music for the ladies’ workouts

On Monday’s blog I talked about the importance of changing up your music playlist to jumpstart things if your workout is falling a little flat. I concluded with offering up my essential rock and roll play list.

I realize some ladies out there don’t want to work out to Metallica or Ozzy Osbourne, though.

With that in mind I’ve asked some women I know to list their favorite music to listen to while riding their exercise bike, or hitting the machines in the weight room. Thanks especially to my wife for letting me listen to a selection on her MP3 player.

So without further adieu, here are some jumping, jamming tunes for ladies to check out. And for guys reading this, I’d work out to a bunch of these, too.
