Average guys guide to losing belly fat: Part II exercise

Once guts, err guys, turn 40 it can become tougher and tougher to win the battle of the bulge, even if you have an athletic background.
For guys over 40, and even many slightly younger, there are some common-sense ways to keep your midsection trim without becoming a total vegetarian, yoga mat disciple (not that there’s anything wrong with being a vegetarian, but I like to eat meat).
Keeping your midsection toned basically comes down to three words: moderation, exercise and discipline.
Today, we’ll look at the benefits of exercise.
Exercising even for just 30 minutes, three times a week can greatly improve your health and cut the risk for heart disease and high blood pressure, countless studies have shown.
So get back on the treadmill, bike, elliptical machine or walking trail and start adding some strength training as well.
Another workout method I highly recommend is a vibration training machine, which has many great health benefits.
Mix in cardio, strength training and ab work.
When combined with a healthy diet, you’ll be looking and feeling great — and won’t have to suck in your gut.
