At Home Fitness Scottsdale is 5-star awesome!! The sales person Brian explained to me all of the information about the Exercycle that I was interested in. He also was very patient with all of my numerous questions and answered everyone of them. In addition he explained to me that it may be a week or two for delivery. I had my equipment delivered to my home and set up correctly the first time, by Joni and Chase, within 48 hours not a week or two. AND the best part was At Home Fitness was $240.00 less than their closest competitor. I highly recommend At Home Fitness Scottsdale .

I highly recommend At Home Fitness. I was in need of a new treadmill, and wanted a reliable, durable treadmill without all the 'extras' and without any subscription requirements. The At Home Fitness team listened and pointed me toward equipment that fit my requirements. No upselling, no trying to push me toward a higher price point, no hard selling. The team was straight-forward and knowledgeable. They took the time to go over the features and benefits of various models, discussed how different models compared, etc. Their delivery team also did a great job - delivered and installed the new treadmill, ensured all the features worked properly, and took the old machine. At Home Fitness has a great selection of exercise bikes. I found the perfect upright bike in my purchase of the 3G Cardio Elite UB X. It has the blend of great manual and automated features for a selection of routines to fit the energy level of the day. I recommend the excellent team of Joni and Chase who brought out the bike to my home and assembled it.
These guys are the best. After wasting a year trying to buy an operable "used" elliptical machine at Sports and Fitness Exchange in west Phoenix (they ripped me off and they will rip you off too...do not do business with those crooks!), I decided to buy a new Life Fitness E5 machine with a GO Console from the At Home Fitness team in Gilbert. Their fitness consultant Jason Lopez was absolutely wonderful to work with and was extremely patient with me. They delivered my new machine in less than a week and hauled away the broken machine that SFE sold me. Their delivery and removal team crew of Joni and Isiah were courteous and thorough, and showed me how to use the machine. They were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I could not be happier! Bravo At Home Fitness!
Great place! The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. My elliptical trainer arrived the other day in perfect condition. The guys, Joni, Chase and Isaiah put it together out in my driveway even though it was already 105 degrees outside. They brought it in fully assembled and put it exactly where I wanted it. They were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fitness equipment at a reasonable price.
I had the Inspire M3 gym delivered, and Joni set it up. He said 2 hours and sure enough thats what it took. We discussed how and where it should be positioned. The setup was very professional and clean. He even vacuumed up afterwards, though it wasn't necessary. He went over a bunch of different setups for various exercises. It was a great experience.
I purchased a LifeCycle exercise bike over the phone. Jason was very knowledgeable and helped me select exactly what I needed. Joni and Chad delivered the bike today and reviewed the functions available. This was a seamless transaction. I would definitely recommend this store.

Just purchased our 4th piece of equipment from At Home Fitness. As usual the entire process was easy and efficient. My wife and I looked at online retail home equipment purchase options with self setup. We then felt led to visit our local At-Home Fitness store. We both agreed this visit was pleasant, professional with no sales pressure by Jason at the Gilbert store. We decided on the 3G Elite RBX Recumbent Bike. Chad with the delivery team called within a couple days to coordinate a mutually acceptable in home delivery and setup. Chase was assigned the delivery and setup and was very kind with a heads up ETA courtesy call. Arrived as planned, upon arrival confirmed where exactly we wanted the recumbent bike placed in home then promptly put it together in his delivery truck and brought it in for placement.
