I purchased a stationary recumbent cycle from AHF in Scottsdale and the experience, start to finish, was great. Salesperson was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or pressured at all. Delivery crew (Joni, Chase and Isaiah) communicated well, showed up on time and were very courteous. This company is solid and I appreciate the great experience.

These guys are the best. After wasting a year trying to buy an operable "used" elliptical machine at Sports and Fitness Exchange in west Phoenix (they ripped me off and they will rip you off too...do not do business with those crooks!), I decided to buy a new Life Fitness E5 machine with a GO Console from the At Home Fitness team in Gilbert. Their fitness consultant Jason Lopez was absolutely wonderful to work with and was extremely patient with me. They delivered my new machine in less than a week and hauled away the broken machine that SFE sold me. Their delivery and removal team crew of Joni and Isiah were courteous and thorough, and showed me how to use the machine. They were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I could not be happier! Great place! The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. My elliptical trainer arrived the other day in perfect condition. The guys, Joni, Chase and Isaiah put it together out in my driveway even though it was already 105 degrees outside. They brought it in fully assembled and put it exactly where I wanted it. They were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fitness equipment at a reasonable price.
I had the Inspire M3 gym delivered, and Joni set it up. He said 2 hours and sure enough thats what it took. We discussed how and where it should be positioned. The setup was very professional and clean. He even vacuumed up afterwards, though it wasn't necessary. He went over a bunch of different setups for various exercises. It was a great experience.
I purchased a LifeCycle exercise bike over the phone. Jason was very knowledgeable and helped me select exactly what I needed. Joni and Chad delivered the bike today and reviewed the functions available. This was a seamless transaction. I would definitely recommend this store.

At Home Fitness for the WIN - finally found a strong durable treadmill (3G Pro Runner) No App Needed, nothing extra just start up and go also bought the BodyCraft SPX mag indoor cycle, this indoor cycle uses magnetic adjust great addition to my home gym. My wife and I looked at online retail home equipment purchase options with self setup. We then felt led to visit our local At-Home Fitness store. We both agreed this visit was pleasant, professional with no sales pressure by Jason at the Gilbert store. We decided on the 3G Elite RBX Recumbent Bike. Chad with the delivery team called within a couple days to coordinate a mutually acceptable in home delivery and setup. Chase was assigned the delivery and setup and was very kind with a heads up ETA courtesy call. Arrived as planned, upon arrival confirmed where exactly we wanted the recumbent bike placed in home then promptly put it together in his delivery truck and brought it in for placement. I purchased three exercise pieces at the At Home Fitness in Phoenix after spending hours with Scott peppering him with a million questions to make sure I got stuff that works for me. Scott never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. A few weeks later the crew from At Home Fitness drove five hours to deliver the universal, treadmill, and eliptical equipment to my home in Bullhead City. Joni and Chase then spent hours assembling everything in my garage without complaining about the heat. Before leaving, they answered all my questions and explained how to register everything for my warranties. And finally, Joni and Chase cleaned up everything; every piece of cardboard, plastic, tie, everything, and hauled it all away. What big box sporting goods store provides service like this anymore? I don't think I've ever spent this much time on a review of any company or organization, but At Home Fitness deserves to be called out for the exceptional company they are. Thank to all!
I researched A LOT before I went to this business to purchase a treadmill. It’s a big expense and I didn’t want to get something I would later regret or I would have problems with. There are other business close by but I chose At Home Fitness because of the great reviews. I met Brian when I went into the showroom. I explained I currently had a walking pad and it was killing my back. I needed something I could walk 5 miles a day on and not feel so sore because theres no give in that walking pad. I also told him I didn’t want anything super fancy or the ability to connect with workouts. It boiled down to 2 options and he explained both of them to me and I made my choice.Chad called me 2 days later and set up a delivery day with a 2 hour window and said he would call when they were on the way and they did. Joni, Chase and Bode arrived, unboxed the treadmill and assembled it in less than 20 minutes and they were done.Absolutely fantastic. No stressful sales. Communication. On time and efficient. Joni, Chase and Bode were wonderful! They assembled my recumbent bike at the shop, brought it in, placed it where I wanted. In other words all I had to do was get on the bike and start exercising.
At Home Fitness in Ahwatukee, you'll find the best home gym equipment. The staff is knowledgeable and works hard to meet your needs and get you the best deal.
