First of all let me say that overall, Brian was the final reason that I decided to purchase from your store. I have looked amongst other retailers and have not found anyone more knowledgeable nor with such sincere care for his customers as Brian has.

Brian was a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the process to the finish. I actually looked the first day and then brought my wife in the next day and she was equally impressed with Brian as well.  I also want to commend Brian on the training of John, the newest addition to your store. John was also welcoming following the mentoring footsteps of Brian, widely evident, by extending his voice of courtesy to us as well.  Secondly, let me say that I so appreciate all of your help in making my purchase, in spite of the extenuating circumstances, as smooth as possible as it can be.

I am truly grateful for the upgrade on the Elliptimill to the Executive Console. As a business owner, I admire seeing those in business who, represent that business well, it is certainly a excellent reflection of the brand that your presenting.

He gave us a 110% effort in finding out our needs, researching the best product to meet those needs, and working with you to give us a fair price. It is rare to find sales people who act so very genuine and selfless. You have a very good employee with him and we will continue to patronize your business to serve our fitness needs.

Thank you to you also for working with us on price, delivery and the offer that we can return the product within 30 days, at no cost, if it is not what we expected. That is a very fair option when you did not have a model to try out in one of your sales floors. However, we expect to be happy with the purchase and we are excited to add it to our fitness repertoire.

“Just wanted you to know that we are now the proud owners of the LC-990 which I have affectionately named “Ergo,” I know you will figure that one out!

We went to “At Home Fitness” yesterday, Monday, and met with Greg. He was very gracious and well informed about the machine, gave us a lot of good pointers about it and not to over do it to start out…good advice, I’m sure! The second I stepped onto the LC-990 I could feel the quality of this machine, it is well built for sure. Super smooth to operate and totally what we wanted and were looking for!!!

Greg did give us the lowest on-line price I had found and even had a machine already put together and helped to load it in our truck. Stan is happy about the no assembly required, he’s good with tools but hey…already put together, you can’t beat that!

Stan used “Ergo” this morning for 5 minutes and as he said, “I can already feel the burn, this puppy is going to get us into great shape!” I will be using it first thing tomorrow and am really looking forward to it.
