I researched A LOT before I went to this business to purchase a treadmill. It’s a big expense and I didn’t want to get something I would later regret or I would have problems with. There are other business close by but I chose At Home Fitness because of the great reviews. I met Brian when I went into the showroom. I explained I currently had a walking pad and it was killing my back. I needed something I could walk 5 miles a day on and not feel so sore because theres no give in that walking pad. I also told him I didn’t want anything super fancy or the ability to connect with workouts. It boiled down to 2 options and he explained both of them to me and I made my choice.Chad called me 2 days later and set up a delivery day with a 2 hour window and said he would call when they were on the way and they did. Joni, Chase and Bode arrived, unboxed the treadmill and assembled it in less than 20 minutes and they were done.Absolutely fantastic. No stressful sales. Communication. On time and efficient. Thank you!!

Joni, Chase and Bode were wonderful! They assembled my recumbent bike at the shop, brought it in, placed it where I wanted. In other words all I had to do was get on the bike and start exercising.

Pierre was great on showing us options for exercise equipment and explaining advantages and disadvantages. They have a huge selection with a range of pricing. We had spoke with Greg prior to our visit and when we mentioned that to Pierre, he made sure to check in with Greg to make sure he showed us what had been requested. Great teamwork. I highly recommend this store.

Stopped into the At Home Fitness store in Gilbert looking to get some info about home gym machines. My 15 year old son was with me. We spoke to Brandon. Brandon listened attentively to our goals and then spent time talking us through some options. Knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure. Every question we asked he answered effectively m. He addressed things of interest to both me and my son. He shared info about Labor sales incentives. Wrote up a quick quote and we were on our way. There was no pressure…just high quality info! I’d go back to this store without hesitation. When making an important purchase, this is how the experience should be!

Bryce, Joni and Zach made the purchase and installation of our treadmill and multigym painless. Our in store experience was excellent - no pressure, lots of information, floor models to test all the different options. Pierre, Chad, Joni, and Zach were simply awesome.Pierre spent roughly three hours with us in respect to selecting the right equipment for our needs and aspirations in health and fitness. There was never any pressure throughout the buying process. Instead, he asked excellent questions, provided transparent answers, and made it feel like a conversation between friends with similar interests. He went above and beyond with meeting us where we were at, which was unnecessary but greatly appreciated. In all honesty, it was probably one of the best purchasing experiences in the past decade - thank you for the demonstrations, Pierre!Joni and Zach were on-point with their delivery. They called in advance, set up the equipment extremely quick, vacuumed, and demonstrated the equipment to ensure it was working properly. They provided us with directions on the warranty while showing us how to access a free membership with the associated equipment.
