Ideas for a fun, fit Valentine’s Day

Do you want to treat your significant other or entire family to a Valentine’s Day treat they’ll long remember?
Plan a fun, healthy outing this Feb. 14.
Couples or families who exercise together not only strengthen their bodies, but their relationships.
So make time in your busy schedule to do something active together this Valentine’s Day. Here are some ideas:
* swimming
* walk or jog
* run ide-by-side on “his” and “her” treadmills
* work out in home gym or health club
* ice skating or roller-skating
* skiing
* dancing
* walk or hike
If you don’t regularly exercise with your significant other, perhaps a fun Valentine’s Day workout will get you in the mood to work out together more often.
In may cases, exercising together has been found to improve relationships.
Of course, don’t just plan a Valentine’s Day exercise date! You better do something else, too, like get a card, gift, etc.
