Here are two easy to remember diet keyword tips to help anyone, even kids, establish a good meal plan to follow.
Eat less CRAP
– Carbonated drinks
– Refined sugar
– Artificial sweeteners and colors
– Processed food.

Eat more FOOD
– Fruits and vegetables
– Organic lean proteins
– Omege 3 fatty acids
– Drink lots of water.
